I am selling my house and I'm unsure when/if I need to have an energy performance certificate done. Any information you have to this end would be great. Thanks.

Hi Simon. Since December 14th 2007 every home put on the market, no matter what size, must have a Home Information Pack which includes an Energy Performance Certificate that contains advice on how to cut CO2 emissions and fuel bills.
