Do I need to insulate a conservatory?

I want to build a conservatory that I can use all year round. Do I need to insulate the dwarf walls and if so how much insulation do I need to use?

You should seek advice on this directly with your planning office. I believe that planning permission maybe required in some cases but this varies with what the conservatory actually consists of: Will it all be PVC or will you have brick & block wall, how big is it going to be, etc...
