Hi Kathleen. When you complete our form your details are added to our system by our surveying team. The jobs are then sorted by location and put in a queue for the local surveyors to assess them. It is these local surveyors who will contact you to arrange an appointment to come and survey the property. Upon doing this they will make an assessment of what is required and how much free insulation you are entitled to.
